Gurugram, (Haryana) [India], 23rd September 2026: Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, through its CSR arm, Signature Global Foundation, today announced a mega cancer pre-screening initiative for labour communities working across its project sites. The initiative has been launched under Aarogya Rise, the Foundation’s flagship health programme, in partnership with the Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation. Sankalp will manage the entire process end-to-end, from the initial screening stages through to further treatment and follow-up care.
Five health check-up and cancer screening camps were organised simultaneously across different locations today, marking the formal roll-out of the initiative. To ensure comprehensive care beyond screening, the Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation has also partnered with the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC), Rohini, to take care of any further medical needs, diagnosis, and treatment required after the screenings.
The initiative was announced by the company, underscoring its continued commitment to the health and wellbeing of the labour communities working across its project sites. Ahead of the camps, the implementing partner conducted awareness sessions across project locations, sensitising beneficiaries to the importance of preventive screening and encouraging their participation.

Through our Aarogya Rise programme, in partnership with the Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation and their collaboration with the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, we are ensuring that this is not just a one-time screening exercise but a complete continuum of care, from screening to treatment.”
The initiative follows a structured, end-to-end approach. The Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation manages the entire process, from on-ground awareness sessions and beneficiary sensitisation to clinical screening and, where required, referral for further treatment through RGCIRC. This is designed to ensure informed participation and maximise the long-term impact of the camps. The camps are organised by Signature Global Foundation and Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation in collaboration with RGCIRC, Rohini, as a Signature Global Foundation CSR initiative.
All services at the camps are free. Beneficiaries can avail of blood pressure, diabetes and ECG checkups, cancer awareness talks, and a comprehensive general health checkup for both men and women. Cancer screening includes clinical screening for oral cancer, clinical breast cancer screening and Pap smear-based cervical cancer screening for women, and prostate cancer consultation and screening for men. Specific lab tests, including HB, PSA and Pap Smear, will also be conducted. In addition, the camps offer eye checkups with free spectacle distribution, and free medicines and sanitary pads.
Guided by the vision of Founder & Chairman Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Signature Global Foundation has long championed inclusive community development through purposeful initiatives spanning education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, elderly care, and environmental sustainability, positively impacting thousands of lives across Gurugram and the NCR region.
To date, the Foundation has reached over 95,720 students through its education programme Paathshaala, empowered 20,157 girls through its flagship Jagruk Beti Swasth Beti programme, and provided healthcare access to over 33,722 beneficiaries through its Aarogya Rise mobile healthcare initiative. It also partners with the Dev Animal Voluntary Organisation and Apna Ghar Sansthan for old-age care, Shri Chetan Das Goverdhan Sansthan for animal welfare, and the Ram Nath Kovind Foundation for vocational training.
Looking ahead, Signature Global Foundation plans to expand its CSR footprint with upcoming programmes including STEM Labs, a Scholarship Programme, and a Skill Centre in Vrindavan, reaffirming its commitment to building a healthier, more inclusive, and compassionate society.
